Willette Investigations, Inc., started by Mike Willette, opened for business in 2012. Mike brings more than 30 years of law enforcement experience to his clients.
His thirty-four year career as a law enforcement officer began with the City of Temple Terrace and ended with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. He retired in June 2012 at the rank of Captain. His primary assignment with the HCSO was as a Homicide Detective and supervisor. He worked more than 300 homicide scenes and was assigned as lead detective in more than 50 cases. He also has specialized training from a variety of law enforcement sources including the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Mike brings a number of advantageous qualities to his business. He is classified as an expert witness and his training has enabled him to problem solve effectively to find logical conclusions. He is widely considered approachable, open minded, persistent, and reliable. His ability to multitask, recognize problems, organize strategies, and solve problems with shared input are how he maintains a successful career in the public safety field.
